It is our utmost wish that we are able to serve all of your needs in a timely fashion. In order to do this, we ask that you please review the following guidance regarding prescriptions, refill requests, and referrals.
New Prescriptions
In accordance with all regulatory health agencies, New prescriptions and any prescriptions for un-previously diagnosed conditions will require a visit with one of our health care providers.
Refills
Refills should be requested through your pharmacy no less than 2 business days or 48 hours prior to your refill due date. Additionally, for refills to be completed patients must have been seen within the last year for the condition for which the refill is being requested. Some medications may require more regular visits. Refills on non-controlled substances, we require a minimum of 2 business days or 48-hour notice to
